International Committee

This committee was founded in 1997 and creates the perfect mix of business and pleasure by offering a wide variety of both internal and external events as well as plenty of possibilities to do internships abroad, be a part of some of the many great projects and participate in international conferences. 

Several international projects such as Project China, Exchange Japan, Project Brazil and EuroTour, connect students from other countries with SSE students by arranging fairs, travels and events. Two interesting projects that highlight the importance of social responsibility are Focus CSR and Effective Altruism. These are all incredible opportunities to learn more about both the culture and career possibilities as well as getting to know people from across the world.

Additionally, the international committee cooperates with projects and organisations outside of school such as SMUN (a United Nations role play) and AIESEC, a great possibility to acquire internships and find volunteer work outside of Sweden. 

The regional associations focus on culture and events by arranging activities such as wine-tasting, tapas-night, the Oktoberfest and Thanksgiving-dinner. 

Lastly, the exchange committee organise fun, Swedish-inspired events for all the exchange students studying at SSE and the tandem-project offer possibilities to both teach and learn languages. Coming up are language cafés, collaborations with SFI and much more!
