EXCHANGE JAPAN IS RECRUITING

The project managers of Exchange Japan are now recruiting project members for its 17th instalment. Are you interested in getting to know Japanese culture and make some great contacts for further work opportunities in Japan? For two weeks next spring Japanese students will visit us and then we go to Japan to visit them. Take the chance to improve your intercultural understanding and develop you teamwork skills together with students from SSE, KTH and Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. We are looking for:

Event Managers (2 persons): Responsible for planning activities for the Japanese on their visit to Sweden. The event managers will also organize Nippon Week in Stockholm, Sweden Day in Tokyo and the smaller activities at SSE and KTH spread over the year.

Corporate Relations Managers (3 persons): Responsible for securing sponsoring for the project by contacting and maintaining a good relationship with potential partners.

Communication Managers (1 person): Responsible for the report book and also for marketing the different events held by Exchange Japan. The Communication manager will also manage to maintain good communication with the Japanese.

Visual Manager (1 person): Responsible for developing the graphical profile of the project, all printed materials as well as layout. The Visual manager will keep the exchange japan website updated and work closely together with the Communication Managers.
