New rules regarding external guests at parties!

SASSE parties are primilary arranged for SSE students, during the last few parties we've seen a major increase in external guests. More external guest also consequently means fewer spots for SSE students to attend the arranged party. To establiosh a better system the SASSE Board of 11/12 has decided on the following:

1. From now on, every SSE students is allowed to send in a maximum of two guests per person to SASSE arranged parties, these guests have to be sent in via a SSE student e-mail. (Name, Surname and Date of Birth)

2. The SSE student is then responsible for his/her guest during the evening. In case the guest doesn’t behave in one way or another, the SSE student won’t be allowed to bring any guest to SASSE arranged parties for a year.

3. Mecenat cards shall from then on be used by all SASSE members as identification. If you haven’t brought your Mecenat card you can’t be verified as a student. Regular entrance price for SASSE members is 40kr and 60kr for other SSE student and external guests. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

4. These rules (Rule 1-3) shall start to apply to this year’s Halloween pub on November the 4th

5. The SASSE Board should work on a guest list function on the web portal, so that students only will be allowed to sign up external guests there, and not via e-mail, in the future. (Deadline for implementation will be discussed with the IT Committee)
