Body Shape Practice
- We will mainly be working with our own body weight or free weights. We will also do a bit of cardio but the main focus is on strength and toning exercises. Be assured that you will get a challenging total body workout! Get in shape now! It is recommended to bring something to drink and please wear sport shoes. No prior knowledge is required. Instructor is Weronika Brzuchalska.
